For eligible orders below $45, available standard shipping charges are shown at checkout. Rates may vary by package weight, delivery address and other order details.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited options may be available for an additional charge. Available services, rates and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. Certain products, including batteries and spray refills, can only be sent by ground shipping under our shipping policy.

Alaska and Hawaii

Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.

How do I cancel my order?

After you place an order, there is a limited window to cancel or modify it. Once your order has been processed to our warehouse, we cannot modify or cancel it. Please email support@fidofave.com and we'll be happy to help.

When will my package arrive?

What's your return policy?
