We want to ensure you get the right product at the right time for the right price.

  • Processing Time - All online orders are processed the following business day. Add 1 day to your shipping estimate for total estimated delivery time. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Free Shipping - We offer standard delivery at no charge on orders over $45 to the contiguous U.S. (excluding kennels). We ship from U.S. warehouses in California, New Jersey, and Georgia — your order is routed to the nearest location with stock. Most customers receive their order in 5–7 business days. Faster options are shown at checkout.
  • Standard Shipping - For orders $45 or less, we ship for a nominal fee to the contiguous U.S.
  • Expedited Shipping - We also offer expedited 1-day or 2-day shipping for an additional charge. Certain products including batteries and spray refills can only be sent by standard ground shipping due to mail regulations.
  • Alaska & Hawaii - Packages sent to Alaska and Hawaii have limited shipping options and are not eligible for free or standard shipping.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.

How much is shipping?

Orders over $45 receive free standard shipping (contiguous U.S. only). Orders under $45 ship for a nominal fee. We also offer UPS 2-Day Air and Next Day Air for an additional cost. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii have limited options and aren't eligible for free or standard shipping.

How do I cancel my order?

After you place an order, there is a limited window to cancel or modify it. Once your order has been processed to our warehouse, we cannot modify or cancel it. Please email support@fidofave.com and we'll be happy to help.

When will my package arrive?

We ship from U.S. warehouses in California, New Jersey, and Georgia. Your order is routed to the nearest warehouse with your item in stock. All orders process the following business day; with standard delivery most customers receive their order within 5–7 business days. For faster delivery we offer UPS 2-Day Air and Next Day Air at checkout with an exact estimated date. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

What's your return policy?

If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping fees won't be refunded. Read our full Returns & Refunds policy.
