Yes — our tools are built with rounded, skin-friendly contact points to detangle and remove loose fur without scratching or pulling. Always brush gently and avoid pressing hard on sensitive areas.

Replace the filter about every 3–4 weeks to keep the water fresh and flowing — more often if you have several pets or hard water. Our 10L / 2.64-gallon fountains and our 5L cat fountain use different filters, so order the matching replacement from your fountain's product page. The fountains themselves are cordless and rechargeable, for both cats and dogs, indoors or out.

Yes. Our pet laundry sheets are made for pet bedding, blankets, and crate liners, and work in both HE and standard top-load machines in cold or warm water. Our furniture protectors peel and stick onto sofas and furniture (skip velvet, faux fur, microfiber, or leather), while our window films use static cling with no glue — applying to glass and removing cleanly.
