Margin & Pricing Policy
Margin & Pricing Policy
Your shelf price is safe with us — and that's a policy, not a promise.
The single biggest risk in stocking a new brand isn't whether it sells. It's watching the brand's own website undercut the price you just put on your shelf. So before you ask, here's exactly how we price — in writing.
Rule 1 — One MSRP, every channel we control.
We hold the same MSRP across every storefront we run, and that MSRP is our MAP (minimum advertised price). We do not run clearance events, coupon stacks, or "beat any price" promotions on our own direct-to-consumer store to move volume. The price a shopper sees from us is the price you can build your margin on.
Rule 2 — MAP is the margin floor, by design.
Our MSRP is set so a retailer buying at wholesale keeps a full keystone margin. Protecting that floor is the purpose of our pricing architecture — not a concession we make when asked. We would rather lose a fast sale than break the price that keeps your margin intact.
Rule 3 — Advertised price is governed; your final ring is yours.
MAP governs the price advertised online, ours and everyone's. It does not tell you what to charge in your store — price above MSRP if your market supports it.
On Pricing — why wholesale prices aren't posted here
You'll notice we don't publish a wholesale price list on this page. Two honest reasons:
- Your purchase volume sets your price. Wholesale pricing is tiered — a single-store boutique and a five-store group don't pay the same. Posting one public number would either overcharge the small account or lock the larger one out of a better tier. We'd rather quote you.
- It protects the pricing we negotiate with the platforms you compete with. Keeping our cost structure off the open web is part of how we hold the line for every partner.
Ask for the line sheet and we'll send current pricing for your store size the same day.
What this policy does not cover
We'd rather tell you the edges up front than have the awkward call later.
- We don't set your retail price. MAP is a floor on advertised price, not a ceiling or a mandate on what you ring at the register.
- We don't grant territory exclusivity by default. If exclusivity matters to you, it's a conversation — not something this policy promises to every account.
- We don't offer marketing co-op funds or guaranteed buy-back of unsold stock at the small-wholesale tier. What we do offer is a low first order (MOQ 12 units/SKU) and fast reorders, so you're never betting big to test us.
- We don't police third-party marketplaces we don't control. Where we operate ourselves, MSRP=MAP holds. We enforce our own conduct; we can't promise the entire internet.
